Catch the Reading Bug!

Summer Reading is a good time to enjoy the library in the beauty of Thomas Corrigan Park which is adjacent to the library. A well established and much anticipated summer reading program is held every year in June. This event draws large amounts of young readers to our programs, and it is hoped that all who attend even one week out of the four week program will register so they will be eligible for prizes and awards. Registration is announced approximately two weeks before June.

"Catch the Reading Bug"

Your child can register for the program between May 19 and June 2 at the Soda Springs Public Library between 10 am and 8 pm. Upon registration, each child will receive a small prize.

Summer Reading will begin on Tuesday, June 3 at 10:30 am for ages 2-5 and on Wednesday, June 4 at 10:30 am for grades K-6.

Creep and crawl, fly and buzz to the library for the following events:

June 3-4 Ants in Your Pants - Library ANT-tics

June 10-12 A Bug's Life - Wings, Stings, and Leggy Things

June 17-18 Creepy Crawly Critters - Worm Into a Good Book

June 24-25 Flutter, Buzz, and Zoom - "Bee" Our Guest

With the generous sponsorship of Monsanto, all children who participate will enjoy weekly prizes, snacks, crafts, and activities. Children of all reading abilities are welcome. THERE IS NO CHARGE!
