The Soda Springs Public Library offers the following services:

Current Fiction, Best-sellers, Large Print and Nonfiction. We receive new books on a regular basis and will gladly accept recommendations for items that patrons would like us to add to the collection. We will reserve a book for you if the one you want is currently checked out of the library.

Magazines and Newspapers. The library subscribes to many magazines, along with Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Sunday edition of the Salt Lake Tribune, Idaho State Journal, and the Caribou County Sun newspapers. Access to other magazines and newspapers is available through electronic databases.

Reference Services. The library staff will assist you in finding answers to reference questions using in-house materials, Internet, and magazine databases.

DSL Internet and Computer Services. We offer 5 high-speed DSL internet computers and one card catalog computer at no charge to the public. All we ask is that you sign-in at the front desk before use. There is a one-hour time limit. All computers have the ability to write to CD and floppy discs which are available for purchase at the library. Printing is .10 cents for black/white or $1 for color. A software filter is in place according to federal CIPA rules and may only be disabled if you are 17 years or older.
